International Abortion Funding under Obama Administration
President Obama has signed an order since taking office that will put hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars into the hands of organizations that aggressively promote abortion as a population-control tool in the developing world.
Obama's order overturns the "Mexico City Policy," under which funds in the U.S. "population assistance" program go only to overseas organizations that pledge not to "perform or actively promote abortion as a method of family planning."
This act of off the deep end pro abortion was one of the first things acted on by Obama when he took office. I am ashamed of this action. With all of the other problems our country faces, the first thing he does is to push his pro abortion agenda. Whats worse is that our country will now promote killing babies around the world. As if foreign country's don't have a bad enough image of America as it is? We are now going to encourage them to have abortions to control their populations, as if that will solve their problems. Until our new president gets his principles and motives straight, we are headed for devastating change, this includes the tragic loss of unborn life at the tax payers expense.
