Dear Editor:
In response to the article in Section A entitled "America's Youths-Sexual Activity", distributed on Sunday, June 6, 2010.
I would like to report an oversight on the writers part, if in fact the statement "Meanwhile, teens have grown more accepting of pregnancy," was based on the later presented results of the survey question "It is OK for an unmarried female to have a child". The question deals with "having a child" which can be interpreted, by teens like myself, as "give birth to a child" which is an unrelated topic to the statement previous. In order to make amends for this oversight, please reword the presentation of the results of the survey at your earliest convenience so that it may be clearly understood that the results do not necessarily state that "teens have grown more accepting of pregnancy."
