Audio PSAs
Here are two different PSAs (Public Service Announcements) -- one 30-second and one 60-second -- recorded by James Muffett for use on radio
stations, streaming radio, websites, or anywhere else you would like to help us distribute them. They are
free to download, use, and distribute, as long as you don't modify the content of the audio (changing file
formats is fine) and as long as you play the entire file when you do play it.
Please consider helping promote SSI by downloading these files and sharing them or playing them on your
radio station today! (You can download the files by right-clicking on the "download" link and selecting
"save as" or "save target as" or "save file as" or something similar, depending on what system and browser
you are using.)

Student Statesmanship Institute Helps Teens Fulfill Leadership Potential
The Student Statesmanship Institute (SSI) Summer Program is a week-long event held in Lansing at Great Lakes Christian College, offered during three separate weeks in June and July. This unique program for high school-aged teenagers features real-world simulations in the Legislative, Judicial, Business, Campaign and Media fields.
SSI prepares young people to live out and defend their faith by encouraging them to set high standards for themselves and achieve more with their lives. The foundational principles of SSI include a solid Biblical worldview and a life-transforming message of divine destiny and calling.
This is not a boring classroom exercise. SSI features a challenging and fun curriculum dealing with real life, and prominent Michigan leaders address the students on how to be confident Ambassadors for Christ in their culture without compromising their values. SSI’s alumni list features national, state and local leaders, doctors, filmmakers, business owners, lawyers, missionaries, journalists, and individuals in many other prominent fields. Students describe their experience as life-changing, readying them to successfully live out and defend their faith in high school, college, career and beyond.
Registration is currently open and space is limited. SSI offers an early registration discount for those who register and pay in full by March 31. Financial aid may be available for those with serious need. Group discounts are also available. Families can find registration information by visiting the SSI website at ssionline.org. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a space. Chaperone opportunities are also available.
First-time students are enrolled in the Mock Legislature track. Advanced tracks are available for returning students. Track eligibility details can be found on SSI’s website.
