Financial Aid
SSI offers a few options that will help students and their families pay the $349 registration fee.
All potential financial aid recipients must fill out the Financial Aid Application
that is found at the bottom of the Registration Page.
Whether any financial aid is awarded and the amount awarded to each person is entirely dependent upon the generosity of our donors. First-time students will receive preference, on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are not able to grant you financial aid, and consequently you are not able to attend, your deposit & subsequent payments to date will be refunded.
FIRST TIME APPLICANTS:
The Financial Aid Application and Registration Form must be filled out completely with at least a $50 deposit to reserve your place.
An additional $25 is also required to be paid prior to attendance.
Your minimum payment will be $75, plus any additional amount you are able to pay.
RETURNING STUDENTS:
If you have received financial aid in a previous year, the Financial Aid Application and Registration Form must be filled out completely with at least a $50 deposit to reserve your place.
An additional $100 will be due prior to attendance.
Your minimum payment will be $150, plus any additional amount you are able to pay.
Alternatives to Financial Aid
- Students registering and paying in full by March 31st receive a $20 discount, reducing the registration fee to $329.
- Registering with a group of 10 or more students and paying in full BEFORE April 30th reduces tuition to $319. (BEST DEAL!!)
- Registering with a group of 10 or more students and paying in full AFTER April 30th reduces tuition to $339.
Fundraising Ideas to Reduce or Eliminate the Need for Financial Aid
Many students raise their own money to attend SSI. They do pop can drives, garage sales, rake or mow lawns, shovel snow, babysit, etc. Some even ask for support from individuals and their church, much like raising funds for a missions trip.
